Buyer support
Refund Policy
1. Merchant of record
When checkout opens, Paddle will be the authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle will collect payment, issue receipts, calculate applicable tax, and process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle buyer portal linked in your receipt or through the product billing page. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Withdrawal and mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Eligible consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period, including rights described in Paddle’s current Refund Policy. Eligibility can depend on location, transaction type, renewal, and whether digital content or service use has begun with the required consent.
4. Product defects
If a material defect prevents access to the features described at purchase, contact us first so we can investigate. If it cannot be resolved promptly, request a refund through Paddle and include the transaction details and our support response.
5. How to request a refund
Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in the Paddle transaction email, visit paddle.net, or contact us through the support form. Paddle determines and processes refunds under its buyer terms and current refund policy.
6. One-time credit packs
For consumable digital credits, eligibility may depend on whether credits have been used and on mandatory local law. Do not consume credits while a refund request is pending.
